If you are not an Australian resident you need permission from the Australian government to work in Australia. If you are between 18 and 30 years old you can apply for a working holiday visa. You may have to declare these wages to you tax department when you return home. Not to mention, holiday pay, sick days and your pension payments that you can claim back when you leave.
