The idea for the website came from trying to plan our own trip to far north Queensland. We quickly began to realize how much useless information that needed to be sifted through to find the reliable information we needed.
So, we got the idea to make a website with simple information - about the different areas in Australia, a short explanation about the different visa rules (working holiday and tourist visa) plus links to where you can apply for different visas and permits, what we would recommend you bring with you, what you are not allowed to bring to Australia, accommodation, transport, practicalities and blogs where you can write your recommendations, upload photos and buy and sell stuff you need or needed for your journey.
We have tried to keep all our information simple without adding unnecessary details and leaving you a few surprises when you arrive.
We can only give the advice from our point of view, and realize experiences may differ for others. It is therefore important for you to let us know if there is anything you think we have missed.
